The Chef
Moe Mantash found his interest in cooking at the age of 18 years old. After diving head first into a culinary academy, it was only the beginning of a nearly 20 year journey to becoming a pizzaiolo.
Trained in classic French cuisine in 2006, Moe felt his skills could be broadened. After discovering Italian cuisine, developing and honing his craft, he decided once again to dive head first into dough, tomato sauce and mozzarella….you guessed it, Pizza!
